Copyrights and Copyfights
Okay, copyright law is seriously fucked up right now. The RIAA, MPAA, Disney, and a dozen other groups are writing legislation, lobbying congress, and filing lawsuits in an effort to protect their antiquated business model from modern technology.
I do take artists' rights and my copyrights seriously, but there's just no excuse for being a jackass about it. All of the MP3s on this site are free and without DRM. We give you permission to share them on your favorite P2P network, or to burn CDs for friends. We also have a page explaining our policy on recording at shows. As a general rule, we allow you to use our music as you see fit, as long as you're not making money off of us. Please support us by buying our CDs, or donating with the button below. The more money we make from music, the less we have to do other things (like work day jobs), and the more music we can make.
